All-glass constructions

Glass is the main element of all-glass constructions, their connective and bearing elements can be made of glass or metal. Safety glass  - tempered or heat-strengthened, laminated – is usually used for the preparation of these systems. The main kinds of all-glass constructions are building enclosing structures and fixed, portable and pull-out intermural systems. All-glass elements are used for furniture, transom system and glass floor production. A solid bearing element: concrete or a metal profile should be used for the fortification of all-glass constructions. Point-fixed systems allowing to create visually light constructions with unnoticeable fixing and bearing elements are getting more and more popular. All-glass constructions are a modern and highly demanded product in project implementation. Frameless constructions are usually made of tempered transparent or tinted 10-12 mm thick glass. The glass can also frosted or silk screened. Fitting and fixing elements are suggested according to the construction size.

Glass doors are made of 8, 10 or 12 mm thick tempered glass depending on the door size. Doors can be incorporated into a door aperture or a frame, they can be single-wing or double-wing, as well as sliding. Hinges allowing the doors to open in both directions are usually used for glass doors. The axis of the upper hinge is attached to the ceiling, or, in case there is glass above, it is attached to a special fixing element placed in the upper glass. Below a hydraulic door closer is usually applied that both fixates the door and controls its movement, and in case of, for instance, a gust of wind, prevents the door from hitting against the wall and shattering.

Sliding doors help to save door space. They can be used both in living and commercial facilities. Sliding door systems can be fixed in the ceiling or in the walls. Decorative pads hide all sliding door fixing elements. Sliding door bogies are manufactured with big, wear resistant nylon wheels and needle bearings providing a silent and long-term function of sliding doors.

Facades, panoramic elevators, constructions, point structural systems of outer and inner walls, satisfying the highest requirements of functionality and elegance.

A variety of solutions for creating an innovative, exciting transparent architecture.

Glass roofs and sheds

A glass roof or a glass shed is a functional and aesthetically attractive element that will add style to your house. Stainless steel construction elements as well as tempered or tempered laminated glass are used in the glass system. Transparent, tinted or frosted glass can be used. A shed can be fixed to metal or wooden constructions as well as stone or concrete walls. A large variety of design possibilities for private and public buildings.

Doors
Partitions and
shop windows

Glass partitions are used for separating space, they limit it, isolate sound, and preserve the feeling of spaciousness. Glass partitions can be quickly and easily installed, their installation is a clean process that can be done in a completely finished room. We offer glass partition installation, for which we use whether the U profile for upper and lower fixing elements, or point-fixing. Glass partitions can also be used as outer face walls with point-fixing.

Glass walls can be equipped with sliding leaves allowing to vary the facility's functions. They are often used in shopping malls where during the day walls disappear and at night everything is 'under lock and key'.

Shop windows made of tempered glass are usually used for shopping malls as vitrines (no need for heat insulation). To improve glass wall and door imperviousness specific acrylic profiles and silicone seams are used.

Shower units
Facades, constructions, wind barriers
Roofs

Frameless glass shower units are a great alternative to regular shower units. They are custom made and therefore can be used in all situations, can be equipped with sliding or hinged doors.

Shower units are normally made of 8 mm thick tempered glass. Since the 8 mm thick glass variety is fairly large, besides the regular transparent or tinted glass one can also choose  CristalGuard

Shower units hinges and handles are made of a waterproof material. Mechanisms inbuilt into hinges fixate doors in the open and closed state. Specific acrylic profiles are used to improve the leak resistance of doors.

Advantages:

  • Long life

  • An alternative to regular shower units

  • Glass is a more wear resistant and easy-to-use material (compared to plastic).

Railings

Stair and balcony railings

Glass railings are a great refreshing compliment to any interior. Various stainless steel point mountings as well as mountings of other kinds that rhyme with a current style of a facility and meet an architect's (designer's) requirements are used in the construction of glass railings. Tempered glass can be whether used as an addition to metal railings or form a railing bearing construction.
